Self-Represented Litigants (SRL) may make online payments directly to the court for a limited list of services. Online payment of court filing fees is limited to the following and may now be paid online using Pay.gov ($1.00 minimum required):
- installment payments after first initial payment (Chapters 7 and 13 only)
- certifications, and
Acceptable payment methods include:
- Bank Account (ACH)
- Pay.gov account
Do not use this online payment service to pay Chapter 13 plan payments to the trustee, court ordered fees, or Chapter 11 quarterly fees.
Registered CM/ECF users must continue to submit payment through the ECF system for all services that may be paid using CM/ECF.
NOTE: You must be able to describe the document and the total amount you are paying (e.g., case number, style, and document number). A separate form must be used for each case number. (Please allow approximately 3-5 business days from payment to receipt of service.) Visit the court’s intake department for urgent requests.
