Registration and Training
In order to file documents electronically for the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Central District of California, attorneys (and limited access filers) must complete the Online Registration Form and either provide proof of proficiency in ECF or complete an online training course. Due to the court’s conversion to NextGen, PACER e-File Registration must also be completed in order to file documents.
