1000:  COMPLETE SETS of LBR. LBR Forms, TCG Supplements, General Orders, Public Notices

"Complete Set of LBR" means you will find all Local Bankruptcy Rules in numerical sequence, from LBR 1001-1 to LBR 9075-1.  Note that every LBR has a "dash" in the number, such as 9075-1.  See link below.

  • The remainder of LBR listed in The Central Guide are individual LBR or subsections of a LBR
  • Note that a LBR applies to all bankruptcy chapters unless the rule limits its application to only a specific chapter, such as chapter 11 or 13.
  • Some rules listed in Section 4 of The Central Guide do not contain a dash.  These are FRBP instead of LBR.

"Complete Set of LBR Forms" means you will find all Local Bankruptcy Rules Forms in numerical and alphabetical sequence, starting with forms related to LBR 1002-1 to LBR 9075-1.  See link below

  • The remainder of LBR forms listed in the Central Guide are matched with the specific LBR that is related to that LBR form.
  • Note that a few forms apply only to a specific chapter in bankruptcy.  If so, the chapter number will be included in the form.  Otherwise, if there is no chapter number listed in the caption of a form, that form can be used in more than one chapter type.

"Complete Set of TCG Supplements" means you will find all 20 TCG Supplements in numerical order based on the number of the related FRBP Rule or LBR Rule.

"General Orders" is a link to all orders that apply to all parties district wide; general orders can be entered in emergency situations or when it is clear the situation may change and the order process requires flexibility.  See link below

"Public Notices" is a link to notices that are posted several times each year to apprise the public of new or amended LBR, LBR Forms, and General Orders.  In addition, a Public Notice may identity dates when the court is closed.  See link below.

"Complete Set of FRBP" means you will find a link to a database of all Federal Rules of Bankruptcy Procedure.

"Complete Set of FRCP" means you will find a link to a database of all Federal Rules of Civil Procedure.  Many of the FRCP apply in bankruptcy cases.  When this is true, a FRBP rule will indicate that a related FRCP rule applies.
