Effective February 2, 2026, Riverside Division’s Joint Federal Pro Se Clinic is expanding its hours of service for bankruptcy matters only. (Previously, the clinic was open on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9AM-3PM.) The Clinic’s newly expanded hours are shown below.

Bankruptcy matters only:

• Monday through Thursday: 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

U.S. District Court civil matters (no changes) hours will remain:

• Tuesdays and Thursdays: 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
