FILE SIZE: The current, maximum PDF file size is 50 megabytes (50MB). It is suggested that PDF's be scanned at 200 dpi X 200 dpi in Black & White.
COMPRESSION: When scanning or creating a document to PDF, do not compress the PDF.
FLATTEN: Flatten the PDF document prior to uploading into CM/ECF. For instructions, click here.
