FRBP 5003 requires the Clerk to maintain records in bankruptcy cases.  These include dockets for bankruptcy cases, dockets for adversary proceedings, and claims registers for claims filed in each bankruptcy case.  See link below for ways to view electronic records of dockets and claims registers.

PACER stands for Public Access to Court Electronic Records, which are dockets for bankruptcy cases and adversary proceedings filed in the Central District of California.  Dockets and claims registers can also be viewed on PACER.
