3015-1(w)-(x): Trustee Motions:  Party Files Objection AND SERVES NOTICE OF HEARING

A chapter 13 trustee may file motions using the procedure of LBR 9013-1(o), and serve parties according to LBR 3015-1(w)-(x).  Depending on the motion, parties have 14 or 21 days to respond (plus 3 additional days if they were served by mail). 

Pursuant to LBR 3015-1(w)(3), if a party files an opposition and requests a hearing, that party is responsible for filing a notice of hearing.  The chapter 13 trustee does not have the responsibility to file a notice of hearing.
