2-18:  Orders Judgments: After Entry: DELIVERED BY PREVAILING PARTY

It is possible that a party who prevails in an adversary proceeding or contested matter will want other persons or entities to receive a copy of the order than the court provided with delivery.  In this situation, the prevailing party must deliver a copy of the order or judgment and then promptly file a proof of service to identify these additional persons or entities.
