3015-1(q)(3):  Dismissal or Conversion:  Motion by Chapter 13 Trustee

LBR 3015-1(q)(3) provides that a chapter 13 trustee may file a motion to dismiss the bankruptcy case or convert the case to another chapter.  When filing a response to this motion, the debtor may need to demonstrate current amounts of income and expenses as of a particular date.
