3015-1(m)(6):  Chapter 13:  Payments:  Mortgages  Deeds of Trust: Pre-Confirmation

LBR 3015-1(m)(6) provides that periodically a debtor must serve and file a declaration indicating that payments were made on a loan secured by real property.
