3015-1(j):  Chapter 13:  Claims:  Objection: Failure to Prosecute 

LBR 3015-1(j) provides procedure for a chapter 13 trustee to pay claims.  If the validity of a claim is in doubt, the chapter 13 trustee may file a motion seeking an order denying the claim.
