3015-1(j):  Chapter 13:  Claims:  Deemed Satisfied

LBR 3015-1(j) provides procedure for a chapter 13 trustee to pay claims.  If a claim appears to have been satisfied, the chapter 13 trustee may file a motion for an order deeming the claim to be satisfied.
