7016-1(a)(1):  Adversary Proceedings: APPEARANCE AT STATUS CONFERENCE

LBR 7016-1(a)(1) provides that appearance at an adversary proceeding status conference is MANDATORY by the attorney who will conduct the trial or prepare the case for trial.

DO NOT send an attorney to appear at a court hearing if that attorney is not well versed in all aspects of the adversary proceeding.
