New, Revised and Retired Local Bankruptcy Rules Forms Effective June 10, 2016

The United States Bankruptcy Court, Central District of California, revised and retired the following Local Bankruptcy Rules (LBR) forms, and a new form was approved.  These changes become effective June 10, 2016.  Very minor technical changes were made to the following revised forms (e.g., F 1007-1.MOTION.EXTEND was updated with the new Official Form numbers such that Schedule A has become A/B, B 22 became B 122, etc.).

2)    Hearing Notice, LBR form F 9013-1.1.HEARING.NOTICE – use this form if you want to set a hearing.

The revised LBR forms are available for free on the Court’s website under the Forms tab.  The online PDF versions of the Court’s forms are pdf fillable and can be completed and saved to any computer that has Adobe Acrobat Reader (Adobe Acrobat Reader is available for free at  Printed versions of the forms are also available for a fee at the Intake sections of each of the Court’s divisions.
