Court’s Automated Systems Unavailable During System Conversion to NextGen CM/ECF April 22-26, 2021

The Court will be migrating its Case Management/Electronic Case Filing system (CM/ECF) to the Next Generation of CM/ECF (NextGen). NextGen is the culmination of a multi-year phased project by the Administrative Office of the U.S. Courts to provide for the current and future filing and case management needs of all CM/ECF users. For more information on NextGen and how to prepare for its implementation, please refer to the Court website.

As a result, the following automated Court systems will not be available to CM/ECF users on Thursday, April 22, 2021, beginning at 12:00 Noon:

  • CM/ECF (Live)
  • ePOC
  • eSR
  • LOU (Lodged Order Upload)
  • PACER
  • VCIS (Voice Case Information System)

Regular service will resume on Monday, April 26 at 9:00 AM. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
