From Friday, July 1, 2022 to Tuesday, July 5, 2022, the Court will conduct an essential systems and security upgrade that will impact its information systems. As a result, the following Court systems and applications will not be available from 5:00 AM Pacific Time on Friday, July 1, 2022 to 9:00 AM Pacific Time on Tuesday, July 5, 2022:

• LOU (Lodged Order Upload)
• PACER
• VCIS (Voice Case Information System)

CM/ECF account holders should refrain from conducting any transactions during the maintenance window. Regular service will resume on Tuesday, July 5, 2022 at 9:00 AM Pacific Time. Please note that all divisions of the Court will be closed on Monday, July 4, 2022 in observance of Independence Day.
