5003(a)-(b):  Viewing Electronic Records

FRBP 5003 requires the Clerk to maintain records in bankruptcy cases.  These include dockets for bankruptcy cases, dockets for adversary proceedings, and claims registers for claims filed in each bankruptcy case.
