3012-1:  Valuation of Collateral:  Real Property:  Personal Property:  Equipment

FRBP 3012 provides a procedure when a party seeks an order to value collateral under Bankruptcy Code section 506(a).  

  • A motion is required.  The court provides a combined notice of motion and motion.  See links below
  • The motion may be served under LBR 9013-1(d), LBR 9013-1(o), LBR 9075-1(b), or LBR 9075-1(b).
