For the Automatic Stay under Bankruptcy Code section 362(a), LBR 4001-1(b) requires that any motion seeking any relief involving the automatic stay must be filed using the court's mandatory forms. and any order lodged after the court rules must be lodged using the court's mandatory orders. In addition, the presiding judge may have special procedures for relief from stay motions, including the ability to set a hearing on less than 21 days of notice.
