3-11:  Special Tab: MISCELLANEOUS FORMS PROCEDURES

All bankruptcy judges have the opportunity to post instructions, procedures and unique forms on their own webpage.  On each webpage, some judges choose to post requirements under special TABS titled Chapter 11, Chapter 13, Adversary Proceedings, or Automatic Stay.  Some judges provide information in two general TABS.  Currently the general tabs are titled "Forms" and "Instructions/Procedures."  Soon these two TABS will be merged into one TAB titled Miscellaneous Instructions/Forms.   

Instructions may be about hearings involving sales, or a judicial variance statement.  Other instructions may be about forms or filing documents in chapter 11 or chapter 13 cases, in adversary proceedings, or regarding the automatic stay.
