1015-1(b):  Related Cases: Mandatory Disclosure

LBR 1015-2(b) provides that when a person or entity fills out documents to open a bankruptcy case, one of the forms in a Petition Package that the debtor must file is called a "Statement of Related Cases".  On that form, the person or entity must indicate if there are related bankruptcy cases that have been filed, no matter how long ago the related bankruptcy case was filed.
