9013-1(g):  Motions: Filing a Reply

LBR 9013-1(g) provides the procedure for a party to file a reply to the response filed by another party, including the deadline to file the reply. 

  • A reply must be accompanied by a Proof of Service.  See link below
  • A reply that contains factual assertions must be supported by a declaration made under penalty of perjury.
