9013-2(b): BRIEFS THAT EXCEED 35 PAGES
LBR 9013-2(b) allows a party to seek court permission to file a brief or memorandum that will exceed 35 pages in length.
- The party must file a motion -- the court does not have a form motion.
- A hearing is not required.
- The party must file a Notice of Motion for Order Without Hearing. The court has a form. See link below.
