1007-1(a): Filing Bankruptcy: VERIFICATION OF MAILING LIST
LBR 1007-1(a) requires a debtor to submit a "Master Mailing List" at the same time a bankruptcy petition is filed. If a Master Mailing List is not included when a bankruptcy petition is submitted for filing, a complete case number will not be assigned and, thus, the bankruptcy case has not been opened.

- Within 14 days of filing the Master Mailing List, the debtor must file a form titled Verification of Master Mailing List of Creditors, along with many other forms. See link below
