3007-1(c): CLAIMS: Objecting to Claims: Request a Full Copy of Proof of Claim
LBR 3007-1(c) provides the procedure for a party to request a full copy of a proof of claim when a full copy is not available in the court's records.
The party who requests a copy of the claim must file that request with the court so that there is a public record of the request. Then, the requesting party delivers the request to the party which filed the Proof of Claim.
