3015-1(q)(2)(B)-(C): Chapter 13: Conversion by Debtor: Chapter 13 to Any Other Chapter
LBR 3015-1(q)(2)(B)-C) and 1017-1(a)(2) provides a procedure to follow when a chapter 13 debtor wishes to convert their case to a chapter 11, or when the debtor was previously in a chapter 7 case and wishes to reconvert their chapter 13 case to chapter 7.
