3015-1(q)(6):  Chapter 13:  Attorneys:  FEES:  Case Dismissed or Converted

LBR 3015-1(q)(6) provides a procedure when an  attorney for a chapter 13 debtor applies to be paid additional fees after a case has been dismissed without a plan being confirmed, or a case has been converted to chapter 7 or chapter 11.
