2010-2(c):  BONDS: When Court Approval is Required

LBR 2010-1 provides requirements and procedures when third parties obtain a bond and court approval may be required.

LBR 2010-1(c) provides that when the parties file a motion for the court to approve the bond, a hearing is not required pursuant to LBR 9013-1(q)(7).
