4001-1(b)(2)(B):  Automatic Stay:  § 362:  Signatures on Stipulations 

When parties enter into a stipulation involving Bankruptcy Code section 362, the parties must comply with CM/ECF signature requirements so that an /s/ is used ONCE only, and that person is the attorney whose CM/ECF password will be used to file the stipulation.
