7065-1(c): Adversary Proceedings: BONDS: Injunctions

LBR 7065-1(c) provides the procedure for approving a bond in an adversary proceeding, which includes that the bond must comply with FRBP 7065 and LBR 2010-1.

  • LBR 2010-1 provides requirements and procedures when third parties obtain a bond; court approval may be required.
  • LBR 2010-1(c) provides that when the parties file a motion for the court to approve the bond, a hearing is not required pursuant to LBR 9013-1(q)(7).
