SAN FRANCISCO — Judges of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 9th Circuit have appointed Edward K. Bernatavicius as a bankruptcy judge on the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Central District of California. His 14-year term began today, July 6, 2026, when Chief Bankruptcy Judge Julia W.
