The Clerk’s Office of the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey is seeking a motivated, independent thinker/worker as well as a customer-oriented and team-focused individual for a full-time Information Technology Technician position. The technician is a member of the IT department and is under the general direction of the Director of Information Technology and the local Systems Supervisor. The technician will perform professional work related to providing routine support for end users and provide technical support for moderately complex troubleshooting for hardware and software systems. The position will, as part of a team, support approximately 535 desktop/laptop systems and 85 mobile devices used by 300 Court personnel, including Judges.
