The Los Angeles and Santa Ana Divisions will close at 12:00 p.m. on Friday, January 30, 2026 due to anticipated protest activity in the downtown Los Angeles and Santa Ana areas.
Emergency filings that cannot be filed electronically through CM/ECF on Friday, January 30, 2026 may be filed at one of the Court’s other open divisions during regular office hours, from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.:
- Northern Division: 1415 State Street, Santa Barbara, CA 93101
- Riverside Division: 3420 Twelfth Street, Riverside, CA 92501
- San Fernando Valley Division: 21041 Burbank Blvd., Woodland Hills, CA 91367
