The United States Bankruptcy Court Central District of CA is requesting Open Market quotes for millwork repair in courtrooms located in Los Angeles, Santa Ana, Riverside, Woodland Hills and Santa Barbara, with the addition of swing door repair in Los Angeles. Please refer to the attached Scope of Work for each location for details and requirements. In addition a quote, we are requesting option pricing to stain reveal lines on new courtroom lecterns in our Los Angeles location only. Option pricing is for market research purposes only and will not be used to determine the winning bid.

All quotes are due via email to sonia_cheek@cacb.uscourts.gov by Monday, 6/6/2022, at 12pm (PST).  

A fixed price award from this RFQ will be made based on the lowest priced, technically acceptable offer. 

A PO with the attached provisions, terms, clauses, and conditions along with payment net 30 days after acceptance of order, shall be awarded to the vendor with the lowest priced, technically acceptable quote.
