On Tuesday, January 4, 2022, the Court will begin offering an electronic payment method for the submission of pro hac vice fees to the U.S. District Court. The new online payment method provides easier access to non-resident attorneys who request to appear in specific bankruptcy cases or adversary proceedings. The online payment is processed through Pay.gov and accepts all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express (AMEX), and Discover. Pay.gov is operated by the U.S. Department of the Treasury and is a web-based application that allows users to make online payments to government agencies. Please visit the Court’s Pro Hac Vice page for more information and instructions.
