Our court’s Loan Modification Program began as a pilot program in 2017.  Recently the Board of Judges voted to make it permanent.  Loan Modification Management Pilot Program | Central District of California | United States Bankruptcy Court (uscourts.gov)

Our court is forming a group to describe its experience with the program and help propose improvements that will benefit participants and encourage a wider participation.

If you have participated in the program on behalf of debtors or creditors, we welcome you to participate in our group.
