On January 25, 2024, Chief Judge Theodor C. Albert issued General Order 24-01 highlighting the history and purpose of the court’s Loan Modification Management Program. General Order 24-01 was entered to make the Loan Modification Management program permanent and to direct participants to comply with the revised LMM Procedures and new LMM Forms posted in section 3-10 of The Central Guide and related links on the court’s website. Please refer to General Order 24-01 and The Central Guide for applicability and procedures prior to enrolling in the court’s Loan Modification Management Program.
