On Saturday, October 4, 2025, the Court will conduct an essential systems and security upgrade that will impact its information systems. As a result, the following Court systems and applications will not be available Saturday, October 4, 2025, from 6:00 AM PDT to 12:00 PM PDT: 

• CM/ECF (Live)
• CM/ECF (Train)
• ePOC
• eSR
• LOU (Lodged Order Upload)
• PACER
• VCIS (Voice Case Information System)

CM/ECF accountholders should refrain from conducting any transactions during the maintenance window. Regular service will resume at 12:00 PM on Saturday, October 4, 2025. Please contact the ECF Help Desk at (213) 894-2365 should you have any questions.
