Maximum Transcript Rates

The Judicial Conference of the United States has approved the following transcript rates (per page).

Ordinary Transcript (30 days)
A transcript to be delivered within thirty (30) calendar days after receipt of the deposit.

14-Day Transcript
A transcript to be delivered within fourteen (14) calendar days after receipt of the deposit.
$4.25 $0.90 $0.60
Expedited Transcript (7 days)
A transcript to be delivered within seven (7) calendar days after receipt of the deposit.
$4.85 $0.90 $0.60
Daily Transcript
A transcript to be delivered within 24 hours after receipt of the deposit..
$6.05 $1.20 $0.90

As mandated by the Administrative Office of the United States Courts, Transcription Service Providers are to provide services based on the maximum allowable transcript rates shown above. Transcript rates are all-inclusive, meaning they include any and all applicable taxes, surcharges, service fees, cost of office space, equipment, software, personnel, certifications, first class postage, authentication, etc.

Transcription Service Providers may, however, charge the party for the difference between ordinary postage and the cost of expedited delivery, if requested. They cannot charge an additional fee to email transcripts as a shipping cost.
