The United States Bankruptcy Court, Central District of California, is proposing General Order 23-02, In Re Complex Chapter 11 Case Definition and Pre-Filing Procedure. Proposed General Order 23-02 will establish procedures regarding “first day” motions before a bankruptcy petition is filed in complex chapter 11 cases. 

Please provide any comments on proposed General Order 23-02 as soon as possible but no later than July 17, 2023. Comments must be submitted by email to bkcomments@cacb.uscourts.gov and include the name, email address, and phone number of the person submitting the comment.
