The Bankruptcy Judges for the Central District of California approved new Local Bankruptcy Rules forms that become effective immediately. The new optional forms are listed below:

The new forms are available on the Court’s website www.cacb.uscourts.gov under Forms/Rules/General Orders. These documents are also available in printed format, for a fee, at the Intake Section of each division.
