New Chapter 13 Local Bankruptcy Rule Forms Effective Immediately
The Bankruptcy Judges for the Central District of California approved new Local Bankruptcy Rules (LBR) forms: 1) to convert a chapter 13 case to chapter 7, and; 2) for motions and complaints to avoid junior liens on principal residences [11 U.S.C. § 506(d)]. These forms become effective immediately and are listed below:
