Deleting a Page from a PDF file

To delete a page from a PDF document:

Using newer versions of Acrobat up to version 11

  1. Select Tools.
  2. Select Pages from the Tools menu. 
  3. select Delete.
  4. Enter the page range that you want to delete.
  5. Click OK.
  6. Click Yes to confirm deletion.
  7. Save the document.

Using Acrobat 6.0 or 7.0:

  1. Select Pages from the Document menu,
  2. select Delete.
  3. Enter the page range that you want to delete.
  4. Click OK.
  5. Click Yes to confirm deletion.
  6. Click OK.

Note: You can also delete pages by deleting page thumbnails. Select the thumbnails(s) and click the Delete selected pages button at the top of the Navigation Pane.   

Using Acrobat 5.0:

  1. Select Delete Pages from the Document menu, or press Ctrl + Shift + D.
  2. Enter the page range to be deleted.
  3. Click OK.
  4. When prompted, click Yes to confirm the deletion.
  5. Click OK.
