The United States Bankruptcy Court for the Central District of California has revised its Local Bankruptcy Rules (LBRs).  The revised LBRs become effective January 2, 2013.

The revised LBRs have been posted on the Court’s website www.cacb.uscourts.gov (on the Local Bankruptcy Rules webpage under the Rules and Procedures tab).  A redline version  of the LBRs indicating the recent LBRs revisions, as well as a summary of the revisions titled Summary of Revisions to Local Bankruptcy Rules Effective January 2, 2013, are also available on the Local Bankruptcy Rules webpage.
