Revised Official Bankruptcy Forms Effective December 1, 2012

The following Official Bankruptcy Forms have been revised and will take effect on December 1, 2012.  On November 30, 2012, forms for use by the public will be available at no cost on the Court’s website www.cacb.uscourts.gov or may be purchased for a fee from the Intake windows at all of the Court’s divisions.
