The Court has amended General Order 09-01 to adopt the conforming amendment to Interim Rule 1007-I of the Federal Rules of Bankruptcy Procedure that will become effective on December 1, 2012.  The revised general order, which is entitled First Amended General Order to Reflect Changes to Interim Rule 1007-I, includes as an attachment Interim Rule 1007 I, and is available on the Court’s website at www.cacb.uscourts.gov.
