General Order 21-06 Coronavirus Public Emergency – Vaccination and Testing Policy for COVID-19

On October 1, 2021, Chief Judge Maureen A. Tighe issued General Order 21-06 In Re: Coronavirus Public Emergency – Vaccination and Testing Policy for COVID-19. General Order 21-06 was ordered upon consideration of the continued spread of COVID-19 in the Central District of California and to align with District Court operations in light of the United States District Court General Order No. 21-17, entered on October 1, 2021, which implements a vaccine and testing policy regarding COVID-19 for all employees, volunteers, and contractors in the Central District of California.

The Court’s “Policy Regarding COVID-19 Vaccination and Testing” is effective Friday, October 1, 2021. For further information, please visit the Court’s website at https://www.cacb.uscourts.gov.
