Master Mailing List of Creditors

Every bankruptcy petition filed with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court must include a list of creditors and their mailing addresses.  Creditors are people or businesses to whom you owe money.   The list of creditors is also called a Master Mailing List of Creditors or a Creditor Matrix.   Creditors are listed on Schedule D and Schedule E/F in the bankruptcy petition package.

This Creditor Matrix tool may be used to create a Master Mailing List of Creditors for your case.  Once you enter all of your creditors into the tool, click the submit button. Please make sure all of the creditors’ names and addresses are correct; once the creditor matrix has been submitted, it may not be edited.

If you are using the electronic Self-Representation (eSR) program to submit your bankruptcy petition, you will not need to use this tool.  The eSR program includes a creditor matrix tool.

As a result, it can not be utilized to produce a Master Mailing List of Creditors at this time. For assistance, please contact the Court’s Call Center at (855) 460-9641 or contact the Court via email.
