Charles E. Rendlen, III – graduated magna cum laude from William Jewell College in 1972. Obtained his JD from the University of Missouri Columbia in 1976. He was in private practice as a litigator for 28 years and served as the firm's Managing Partner for 13 years. In June 2003, he was appointed by the Attorney General to serve as United States Trustee for Region 13. The region is comprised of Arkansas, Missouri and Nebraska. On May 23, 2006, he was appointed to a fourteen-year term as a United States Bankruptcy Judge for the Eastern District of Missouri. In August of 2010, he was appointed as a Pro Tem Member of the Bankruptcy Appellate Panel.
